Mojo Monday Challenge Card Contest - Week 113

This is my Mojo Monday Challenge 113 card.  I had lots of fun making this card.  I used SU products.

Been busy stamping

I've been busy stamping a bunch of cards to sell. These are some of the cards I've been working on.  I'm putting together some card kits.  Everything is precut so all you have to do is stamp an image you like and assemble the cards.

Julie and Julia

Since I've seen the movie Julie and Julia, I am on a mission to make or bake something new each week.  I love all the  recipes in the Spring/Summer Dove Chocolate Discoveries Entertaining Guide.  I made the dreamsicle delight few weeks ago.  I substituted the heavy cream with vanilla yogurt.  It was yummy!  The perfect summer drink! My goal for the month is to try the recipes in the new Fall/Winter Entertaining Guide plus some of our new products. My next item to try is our new mudslide chocolatini.

Working on New Projects

The past month and a half has been really crazy. My son went on a missionary trip to Panama with some of the high schoolers at his church. He had a blast. Then within the past two weeks, my father-in-law passed away from lung cancer which mestatisized to his brain, we found out my mother-in-law has lung cancer, and a relative passed away from a stroke. I haven't done any stamping in a while. So, needless to say, I need to stamp to take my mind off of everything. I am working on some wedding invitations, save the date cards, and some other cool things.

Stampin' Up! convention is coming up soon so stay tuned for some new ideas. I can't wait. I am participating in a swap for non-convention goers so I am looking forward to getting new ideas and seeing the new products in the catalog!

The new Deal of the Week is the heart to heart punch. Visit my website at http://www.stampinwithshaline.stampinup.net/.

Stay tuned for my announcements regarding Spa Girl Parties. The new catalog is coming out next month. Some of their products are going to be new and improved. Yay!! They will be almost 100% natural!

Isn't this little wristlet too cute?! I had to make this once when I saw it on Gretchen Barron's blog. This is the perfect size for little note cards, wedding favors, bridal shower favors, or a Girl Scout project. The possibilities are endless.

I am participating in a couple of bridal shows so I came up with these samples to display. The first couple of cards are done with the Big Shot Die Cut Machine and Top Note Die Cut. I was inspired by Patty. The second two cards are done with designer series paper in the Occasions Mini Catalog. The last two cards are done with the To Hold and To Hold stamp set, Top Note Die Cut, and designer series paper. If you would like complete instructions or would like to purchase kit to make these cards, please email me at stampergal38@gmail.com.

About me

Thank you for visiting my blog...
I specialize in creating handmade rubber stamped greeting cards, premade scrapbook pages, and gifts for all occasions. I also love to share my passion of stamping with others.

I love what I do...
I created my first rubber stamping project at a Vacation Bible School crafts class during the Summer of 1993 and knew right away that I was hooked on stamping. A few months later I signed up as a DOTS demonstrator. During the Summer of 1994 I was introduced to Stampin' Up!, became a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator, and went to my first Stampin' Up! convention. It was awesome! I was a supervisor with three recruits and it was the perfect opportunity to combine my love of stamping and scrapbooking with a chance to stay at home with my family.
